The Project will occur on a 4.24-mile segment of State Route 190 approximately 3.5 miles east of the community of Springville in Tulare County, between Post Mile 35.15 and Post Mile 39.39, which travels over seven unnamed tributaries to the Middle Fork Tule River between Springville and Camp Nelson. The Project Area is within Sections 27, 28, 29, 30, and 32 of Township 20 South, Range 30 East, Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian.
