- Installation of solar array panels on a currently vacant parcel owned by the Taft Union High School District. Result in a net increase in the supply of electricity available to the school district that would allow for the replacement of electricity currently purchased from PG&E. Off-site improvements are directional horizontal boring for conduit with homeruns: south under Sandy Creek (Min. 20 ft. under creek bed) and District athletic fields to a vault; and east under N. 10th Street and High School to a vault.
