The project includes the construction and operation of new infrastructure improvements to optimize the configuration of the stormwater capture unit (diversion, storage, and outflow) so that the runoff and water quality goals of the associated WMPs are met in a way that maximize the benefit pursuant to benchmarks of runoff treatment. The associated infrastructure improvements are proposed to include an underground storage reservoir, two diversion structures, two pre-treatment units, pump station, and conveyance pipelines.
