- The proposed project would involve three components: 1) updates to the city of Covina Zoning Ordinance to allow for medical offices and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities within the C-P zone; to allow hotels to serve alcohol; and to reduce parking requirements for hotels; 2) construction and operation of a senior living/memory care facility at the corner of Park View Dr and East Holt Ave in the city of Covina; and, 3) construction and operation of a hotel along Park View Dr in the city, southeast of the proposed senior living facility site. The senior living facility would be 90,734 sf in size, 3 stories in height, and would have 103 beds. The hotel would be 50,000 sf in size, 4 stories in height, and would have 120 rooms.
