The applicant requests that a coastal planned development permit be granted to authorize the conversion of an existing 1,688 sf, two-story office building to a mixed use building to be occupied by an assembly use, i.e., churches and other buildings used for religious worship (i.e., chabad of oxnard), and office uses, i.e., offices: business, professional, and administrative, pursuant to section 8174-5 of the Ventura County Coastal Zoning Ordinance, to abate code compliance violation no. CV17-0360. All proposed and current uses will be conducted within the existing building.
