The proposed project is located south of Lindbergh Blvd, approx 1,000 ft west of Mitchell Blvd, in the city of California City. Situated on approx 7.50 gross-acres of vacant land, the project proposes a business park with 14, two-story buildings for the cultivation of marijuana. Each building will be approx 18,200 sf. At buildout, the facility will have an approx building ground floor area of 132,400 sf, and a total building area (1st and 2nd floor) of approx 291,700 sf.
