Request by Barbara Springer for a major grading permit to allow 5,577 cy of grading for the construction of a driveway and building pad for a new 2,100 sf residence and 1,620 sf detached garage. Grading for the road and pad includes 2,438 cy of cut and 3,139 cy of fill, with approx 700 cy of import. Total area of site disturbance is approx 1.03 acres on a 4.8-acre parcel. Oak tree impacts resulting from the project will be mitigated by replacement on site. The project is located on the north side of Spanish Camp Rd, approx 900 ft east of South River Rd, south of the city of Paso Robles, in the North County planning area (Salinas River sub area).
