Document Description
The city, in cooperation with the county of Riverside Transportation Dept and Caltrans, proposes to replace the existing Hamner Ave Bridge (Bridge No. 56C0446) over the Santa Ana River and widen Hamner Ave from Detroit St to Citrus St in the city of Norco, Riverside County, CA. The project covers a distance of approx 0.7 mi. The proposed project would replace the existing two-lane Hamner Ave Bridge with a new bridge. The new bridge would include three 12-ft lanes and a 4-ft shoulder in each direction (northbound and southbound) separated by a 4-ft curbed median, along with a 12-ft barrier separated multipurpose trail on the east side of the bridge.
