Sunton Cultivation Farm will be a cannabis growing operation on an approx 5 acre site located north of California City Blvd and west of Baron Blvd in California City. Construction would consist of 6 greenhouses with concrete floors, 2 office buildings, a septic system, retention basin, and utility connections (water, electric). The waterline connect is on Baron Blvd. Water use is anticipated to be approx 2,000,000 gallons annually (16 afy). The facility will connect to Southern California Edison at Baron Blvd. There will be 2 back-up natural gas generators for emergency power. A dedicated tank will be used for approx 1,000,000 gallons of wastewater annually from the grow operation which will be recycled.
