Document Description
The project consists of the reconstruction the academic core of the Chino HS campus. Approx 39 acres of the 51-acre school are proposed to be demolished, reconfigured, and rebuilt. The proposed project consists of the construction of a new academic core in the northwest quadrant of the site, while the students continue to use the existing buildings in the southwest. Once the new buildings are completed, the students will move over and the existing buildings will be demolished. Total new construction amounts to approx 285,473 sf. A new main campus entry and drop off lane and 4 parking lots will be constructed.
