The overall property size is 80 acres surrounded by Mitchell Blvd on the east, Mediburu Rd on the south, Baron Blvd on the west, and a dirt road on north of the property. The site will be used for cannabis cultivation and developed in phases. The Phase I project will include site grading, construct a cannabis cultivation greenhouse building with 29 parking stalls (include 2 ADA parking spots), a storm-water retention basin, site entrance from Mitchell Blvd, roadway wider enough to allow fire engine drive through, and miscellaneous native growing plants in native growing plants in landscape area. Each building will have spaces for processing, office, electrical room, chemical storage room, eye wash, vegetation room, flower room.
