Document Description
The proposed project is a technical update to the City of Corona's adopted General Plan and Climate Action Plan. The General Plan is a State-required legal document that provides guidance to decision-makers regarding the allocation of resources and determining the future physical form and character in the City and its SOI. Compared to existing conditions, the proposed project would result in an increase of 11,511 units, 39,298 residents, 26,476,352 nonresidential square feet, and 31,156 jobs in the City and SOI. No changes in land uses, intensity, or density would occur under the project except for the General Plan amendments that have been a roved since 2004.
