Document Description
The proposed project consists of tenant improvements and new building construction for the operation of a medical cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility located on 15 acres. Phase I and III would consist of tenant improvements to the existing produce parking facility. Phase II consists of the construction of a new 54,600 sf building for additional cannabis cultivation space. The applicant is requesting a general plan amendment to change the designation from NU to LI and zoning from RR-2.5 to LI.
