The proposed project only include the acquisition of the property. At this time, the project does not include any physical improvements, such as demolition or construction, or other actions requiring approval, such as a zoning amendment, zone change, conditional use permit, or variance. The City is contemplating the future operation of a permanent shelter (up to 140 beds) on the project sire, but there are no specific development plans at this time.
