Document Description
The project is to develop and operate a new motion picture set, which will include the construction of a 3,000 square foot shell building designed to appear as an old wooden frontier church. The site will be used for filming of motion pictures, television commercials, and editorial photography. The interior will have no permanent fixtures, but will also be used for filming and may be modifed to suit the needs of each production. The site will include a parking area for twelve automobiles and a 26-foot wide driveway with a hammerhead turnaround. There will also be areas for parking of oversized vehicles to the north of 26-foot wide driveway and south of the building.
