Reference 2018068282 EGH Holdings LLC, is proposing a 2.5 acre Medical Cannabis Industrial Facility with indoor cannabis cultivation and manufacturing operations. The facility will encompass 4 greenhouses (3,300 sq. ft each) 1 indoor grow facility (10,080 sq. ft), 1 manufacturing facility 5,618 sq. ft and 1 security/maintenance building. A 99,752 cubic feet retention basin will be re-engineered to capture all storm water runoff from the project site maintaining the present hydrograph. The entire facility will be surrounded by an 8 foot CMU block wal with a security gate. The conceptual site plan and conceptual floor plan for the proposed project are presented under Exhibits, respectively. A 26' wide fire access road is proposed on the project site. One truck will be transporting products from the site once daily. Roughly 15 employees are anticipated to be working at the project site.
