Document Description
The Black Halibut project proposes to demolish an existing one-story 2,578 sf residence and 639 sf guest residence that were constructed in 1950 and construct a two-story 6,927 sf residence with a 4,022 sf basement. The proposed new residence would also include 2,073 sf of deck area, totally 13,005 sf. The project also includes a side-yard swimming pool with various site improvements including both hardscape and landscape. The landscaping plan would consist of small street trees; and native and drought-tolerant landscaping which would minimize irrigation needs.
