- The proposed project is the construction of the Kiowa Plant, which would include the construction and operation of a new well, disinfection building, an aboveground covered steel storage tank, a pump station, a retention basin, internal waterlines connecting plant components, and a waterline connection from the pump station to a water main near the intersection of Kiowa Rd and Marmoset St. The proposed project would include approx 450 lf (70 lf in public ROW) of 12-in diameter piping to tie into the existing water delivery system in Kiowa Rd. The proposed project is replacing an existing well (Mohawk Well 3A) located approx 0.5-mi northeast of the project site, which is 67 years old.
