Document Description
LADWP proposes to implement a response action to address releases of contaminants in groundwater that are migrating to the Rinaldi-Toluca Well Field. If LADWP adopts this plan following the public comment period and review of public comment, LADWP would (a) install a treatment system on LADWP property at the North Hollywood Pump Station property capable of treating the contaminants, (b) connect the affected wells to that system, and (c) operate its existing wells at this well field, in a manner that minimizes the spread of the contaminant mass, limits further degradation of the groundwater in the vicinity of the RT Well Field.
