- The proposed project would facilitate the development of a 103-unit multi-family residential apartment complex on approx 10.8 acres. The 103 residential units would be provided within 13 multi-family buildings located throughout the southern and central portions of the project site. The project would also include development of a community center building located north of the existing off-site restaurant to the south of the project site. In addition, two ten-car garages and four nine-car garages would be located throughout the site. In total, the proposed project would include approx 230 parking spaces (109 open spaces; 57 carport spaces; 56 garage spaces; and 8 handicap spaces). The proposed project would also include landscaping, circulation, and utility improvements.
