The property is currently used as residential housing and contains one single family dwelling. Mr. St. Marie wishes to bring the property back into trust status for the purpose of Housing (current residence) and consolidation, and protection of the unique Indian land status and insure its integration back into the larger Reservations land base. The property lies within the boundaries of the Morongo Reservation.
