Document Description
The City of Shafter is installing road and sidewalk improvements for State Avenue, between Mannel Avenue and Pine Street, and pavement improvements for four existing alleys directly south of State Avenue and Pine Street, and pavement improvements for four existing alleys directly south of State Avenue and north of E. Tulare Avenue, within the City of Shafter. The road and sidewalk improvements on State Avenue, which is for public health and safety purposes, will occur within existing public right-of-way. No expansion improvements, which is for public health and safety purposes will cover a total distance fo 2,600 feet and occur only within existing alley public right of way.
