Document Description
Install Production Facilities at the 358X-34S well pad in Elk Hills; CREH surface, Tier 1. The production facilities are in support of CREH's MGI Pilot Project to inject dense phase ethane (called MGI, short for miscible gas injection). The new proposed facilities will be located on the existing 358X-34S well pad and require a 250 HP pump, two WAG (water alternate gas) skids, heat exchange, portable chiller, and electrical facilities. No new disturbance will be required for the production equipment. CREH will also install three pipelines: One 4-inch gas pipeline will be required to deliver the gas to the new production facilities and two 3-inch gas pipelines will be required to deliver gas from the new production facilities to the existing injection wells; refer to site map. The pipeline will follow existing routes to the maximum extent possible, but may require new temporary disturbance.
