TPM T17-002 to adjust 0.11 +/- acre between two parcels. APN 33-031-020 will adjust from 1.0 +/- acre to 1.11 +/- acre. APN 35-010-73 will adjust from 37.65 +/- acres to 37.54 +/- acres. The area to be adjusted is zoned RE-1:D:MX:AIR (Residential Estate, One Ace Minimum: Design Control Combining:Mobilehome Exlcusion Combining:Airport Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is statutorily exempt from review under CEQA.
