Document Description
The modernization to Fred Kelly Stadium includes the replacement of existing concrete bleachers with new aluminum bleachers, new press booth, various measures to make the stadium ADA compliant including a new elevator, upgraded concession stands and ticket booths, new score board, upgraded restrooms, a new synthetic track and field, new team rooms with additional storage, new shade structures, reconfigured parking and drop-off zones, and improved pedestrian access to the stadium. The improvements are required to comply with the ADA as well as to upgrade portions of the bleachers that no longer meet applicable building codes.
