Document Description
The project is the construction of a new 5,700 sf building and surrounding site. The purpose of the project is to have a new facility for the students and volunteers of Cal Poly Pomona to construct and fabricate the Rose Float for the annual Rose Float parade. The existing site is previously disturbed, level land use for a utility yard.
