To improve water supply and reliability for common landowner, V Lions Operations, LP, Antelope Valley -East Kern Water Agency (AVEK) will transfer up to 16,000 acre-ft of SWP to Kern County Water Agency (KCWA) in 2018. Water will be delivered through KCWA's SWP turnouts along the California Aqueduct.
