Document Description
The proposed project includes: repair and maintenance of the existing lower barracks structure and will include, replacing the roof, windows, siding, doors, associated appliance roof vents, installing insulation, upgrading wiring as necessary and painting the structure. The project will also include replacing the buried waterline from the upper tank to the lower barracks structure along the original trench line. Excavation of the old water line will be conducted using either a back hoe or trencher. Reinvestment into the structure has been deferred for a significant number of years and age, weather, and rodent damage is currently affecting the utility of the structure. The project location is within the Resource Management compound of the La Tour Demonstration State Forest
