Document Description
CDPR will grant a Restrictive Use easement on 31 parcels totaling approximately 15,578 acres at the Eastern Kern Conty Onyx Ranch SVRA ti the Department of Navy. The parcels are in the flight zone of Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, and in the R-2505 Special use Airspace Complex, an overland Special Use Airspace. The RUE will restrict uses of the land that may be incompatible with the military's current or future use of the R-2508 complex , including prohibiting CDPR from constructing residential , commercial, industrial, and renewable energy development projects on easement lands.
