Document Description
The City of Orland is planning to carry-out the Tehama Street Roadway Rehabilitation and Pedestrian Enhancement project consisting of the "bump grinding" and re-surfacing of the existing roadway (local City street); installation of pedestrian ramps and mobility enhancement elements (missing sidewalk gap closure); installation of traffic control signage; and incidental street feature adjustments (manholes and drainage inlet balancing). No new right-of-way is required, all work will occur during normal daytime construction hours, full street closures are not anticipated, and no new lanes, striping, capacity increasing elements are proposed. The primary beneficiaries of the project will be the residents, property owners, visitors, drivers and pedestrians of the City of Orland.
