Document Description
DGS will provide complete tenant improvement of an existing office space located on the 8th floor of the building. The proposed project renovations will consist of new hard walled office spaces and conference/meeting/training spaces as well as modular systems furniture. There will also be upgrades to the existing electrical system by providing a new panel board fed panel board fed from the existing transformer and routing new power and data to the new furniture via power/data poles. Existing interior finishes such as paint and carpet will be replaced.
