This project provides a Right-of-Entry Permit for the City of Carlsbad and its structural engineering consultant to do preliminary survey work for repairs to the beach access along the west side of Carlsbad Blvd from Pine to Tamarack in Carlsbad State Beach. Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project .
