Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0072-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of Fish and Game Code to Payne Brothers Ranches. The project is limited to following activities: 1) Placement of a cofferdam or inflatable bladder dam in the Ridge Cut to isolate the section of the levee. 2) Dewatering of the section of the Ridge Cut associated with the project. The section will remain dewatered for a minimum of fifteen (15) days prior to installing the cutting of the levee. 3) The levee will be excavated down to the level of the existing, defective drainage pipe and the current pipe, pump, and pump support platform will be replaced. 4) The excavation through the levee will be repaired and compacted to appropriate engineering standards. 5)The Cofferdam or bladder dam will be removed and flows within the Ridge Cut will be returned to normal.
