Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake an Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0016-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Eric Doricko.
The project is limited to four encroachments to Mill creek and unnamed tributaries. One encroachment is for water diversion from Mill Creek to storage for irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other three encroachments are to upgrade or decommission existing stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include some of all of the following: excavation, culvert removal bridge installation, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.

Work was conducted withouth Streambed Alteration Agreement. This is an action by regulatory agency to enforce or revoke a lease, permit, license, certificate, or other entitlement for use issued, adopted, or prescribed by the regulatory agency or enforcement of a law, general rule, standard or objective, administered or adopted by regulatory agency.
