Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons (PHBs) will be installed at three locations on SR 123 in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) will be installed at two locations on SR 13 and six locations on SR 61 in Alameda County. The project is needed to enhance pedestrian safety at these locations.
