Document Description
Caltrans proposes to place a hot mix asphalt (HMA) overlay between PM 30.2 and 35.3 on State Route 89. The purpose of this project is to prevent further deterioration of the paved highway surface and extend the service of life of SR 89. The project is needed to restore areas of failing and damaged pavement.
