The project consists of a division of property in an urbanized area zoned for residential use into two parcels, and the division is in conformance with the Oakley 2020 GP and East Cypress Corridor SP zoning. No variance is required, access and services are available, the parcels was not a part of a previous parcel subdivision within 2 years, and the land does not have an average slope greater than 20%.
