The project consists of the minor alteration of existing public structures involving no expansion of use beyond that existing; minor alteration in the condition of land and vegetation; and modification of historic resources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with guidelines for preserving, rehabilitating, restoring and reconstructing historic buildings, Weeks and Grimmer, and is included as "modification of existing facilities for disabled access" and "activities affecting historic resources, consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties" in the Dept of Parks and Rec's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR 15300.4.
