Document Description
The work will include trenching, grubbing, pull box and cabinet replacement, boring and trenching conduit and some foundation replacement. Currently, 23% of TMS stations are inoperable, and the purpose of this project is to upgrade and repair TMS elements to over 90% operation. TMS data is used to improve traffic flow.
