Issue Right of Entry Permit to the Diocese of Monterey to perform improvement project at the Mission at San Juan Bautista State Historic Park. Construction crews will utilize a portion of the Plaza to access Mission. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
