- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0080-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Michael Wolf Vineyard Services. Project includes removing non-native riparian vegetation known to be host plants for Pierce's Disease (Xylella fastidosa) along a 1,490 linear-foot reach of Bella Oaks Creek Once Pierce's Disease host plants are removed, the riparian corridor of Bella Oaks Creek will be restored by planting native species of trees, shrubs, grasses, and sedges.
