The project proposal is to construct a new warehouse building (building - 252,160 sf) on a vacant parcel (parcel - 14.03 acres) located east of Icon Way, South of Aviator Dr, in the city of Vacaville, Solano County. The site plan includes 274 parking spaces, 63 trailer parking spaces, loading docks, on-site landscaping, parking lot lighting, and access via three driveways along Icon Way. The max building height would be 45 ft as measured from finished grade. No tenants are proposed. The project would be constructed on a vacant parcel of 14.03 acres of land located east of Icon Way, south of Aviator Dr. The vacant parcel has been heavily disturbed by routine disking, mowing and herbicide application for vegetation control. Vegetation on the site consists mostly of ruderal weeds.
