Note: Review Per Lead 1.75 MWac solar pv power generation facility on 16.9 acres of vacant land within RJ Donovan State Prison. Project features include single-axis trackers, arrays providing approx 6,048 solar panels, string inverters, underground conduits, and associated electrical equipment. The array field would be surrounded by a 20-ft wide compacted native earth perimeter road and an 8-ft high chain link fence, totaling about 3,320 ft in length. Access would be provided by a 20-ft wide access gate. An underground generation-tie line would extend about 2,000 ft from the solar field to an existing 12-kV distribution power line along the southern edge of the prison. Power generated by the project would be released into the electrical grid in order to facilitate the power demand of R.J. Donovan State Prison.
