Project proposes a Minor Subdivision, Conditional Use Permit, and Site Plan Approval to allow a 10 unit residential development on parcel 025-101-023. The Minor Subdivision would result in four parcels ranging from 0.4 to 1.5 acres. The Conditional Use Permit, which requires Site Plan Approval, would allow the develop of four multi family residential units (four-plex) on Proposed Parcel 3. Proposed Parcels 1, 2, and 4 would each be developed with a single-family residence and an accessory dwelling unit. Infrastructure and other improvements include new road accesses, utilities, onsite fire hydrant, an onsite stormwater system, and a wetland mitigation area.
