- Document Description
- The project proposes the development of a new private pier, dock, boat lift, platform lift, access stairs, hillavator and above grade deck. The pier is approx 876 sf of new area over the water and is proposed in the middle of 121 Belvedere's shore line frontage and avoids natural rock outcroppings. The project proposes to demolish the wood platform located in the rear upper yard of the property. A wood stair, with metal frame would descend the rear yard bluff face to access the foot of the pier at the proposed location. The stairs have been designed to be as close to grade as possible. The vertical stair elements will mirror the pier construction utilizing aluminum posts and wire railings. A proposed hillavator would provide access from the new deck to the bottom of the stairs adjacent to the pier. The majority of the work is proposed to be conducted via the waterfront.
