- The project is a proposed use permit supported by a comprehensive master plan (CMP16-0015) for the existing Bitney Springs Business Park campus property in Nevada County. The proposed project includes an "after the fact" approval of a CMP and use permit for the school. The associated structures and activities are within the CMP delineated project area totaling approx 315 acres. NCSA has been in operation at this site since 1999 and currently supports 430 students with 84 faculty and staff. Approx 96% of the campus is open space and the total footprint of the buildings is 177,500 sf. With the exception of a new proposed multiple purpose play-field and upgrades to pathways and parking to comply with the ADA, ground disturbing construction activity will be limited.
