Document Description
The proposed project includes the development of a 300-unit luxury apartment complex with a club house and various amenities, including a fitness center, business center, tv/fireplace lounge, game room, yoga/pilates studio, pool, spa, and cabana. A total of 13 buildings would be developed as part of the proposed project. Each building would be 3 stories high, with the exception of a two-story leasing office/club house building. Each unit would include 1-3 bedrooms and unit sizes would range from 735 sf to 1,393 sf. The proposed project would include construction of 506 parking spaces.
