Document Description
Approval of the Alameda County Water District’s Water Supply Contract Amendment for Water Management with the Department of Water Resources (DWR) & authorizing the General Manager to execute the Amendment. The Amendment would add, delete, and modify provisions of the Contract and clarify certain terms that will provide greater water management regarding transfers and exchanges of SWP water within the SWP service area. DWR as the lead agency prepared the final EIR, and the Alameda County Water District as a responsible agency independently reviewed and considered the final EIR. DWR approved the project on August 28, 2020.
