- OHWD requests a temporary permit (application T033152) to divert up to 2,444 acre-feet of water from the Cosumnes River between date of permit issuance and 02/15/2021 at a maximum rate of 15.60 cubic feet per second. Diverted water would be stored in the South American and Cosumnes Groundwater Subbasins and later extracted for irrigation use.
