The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The 3.86-acre Project consists of constructing three single-story buildings to house classrooms, offices, and a multi-purpose room around a central outdoor courtyard with a shade structure and a multi-sport physical education center. Mass grading will fill approximately 0.02 acre/145 linear feet of man-made drainage ditch (waters of the United States).
